Portaria MP nº 24 de 03/02/2012
Norma Federal - Publicado no DO em 06 fev 2012
Retifica as metas de desempenho institucional para fins de pagamento das parcelas da Gratificação de Incremento à Atividade de Administração do Patrimônio da União - GIAPU, a que se referem os incisos II e III do art. 3º do Decreto nº 5.286 de 2004 , relativas ao exercício de 2011, contidas nos Anexos I, II e III da Portaria MP nº 249 de 2011 .
A Ministra de Estado do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão, Interina, no uso de suas atribuições, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 21, parágrafo único, da Lei nº 11.095, de 13 de janeiro de 2005 , e no art. 5º, § 3º, do Decreto nº 5.286, de 25 de novembro de 2004 ,
Resolve:
Art. 1º Retificar, na forma dos Anexos I, II e III a esta Portaria, as metas de desempenho institucional para fins de pagamento das parcelas da Gratificação de Incremento à Atividade de Administração do Patrimônio da União - GIAPU, a que se referem os incisos II e III do art. 3º do Decreto nº 5.286, de 25 de novembro de 2004, relativas ao exercício de 2011, contidas nos Anexos I, II e III da Portaria nº 249, do Ministério do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão, publicada em 27 de julho de 2011 .
Art. 2º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
