Instrução Normativa SAT nº 21 DE 23/04/2014

Altera a Instrução Normativa nº 04, de 27 de fevereiro de 2009, que trata da Pauta Fiscal.

O Superintendente de Administração Tributária, no uso de suas atribuições e de acordo com o art. 289, § 11, incisos VI, do Regulamento do ICMS, publicado pelo Decreto nº 13.780, de 16 de março de 2012, resolve expedir a seguinte Instrução

1. Ficam incluídos os produtos a seguir indicados no item "5.2 - REFRIGERANTES", da Instrução Normativa 04/2009, de 27.01.2009:
