A DIRETORA-PRESIDENTE DA AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE AVIAÇÃO CIVIL - ANAC, no exercício da prerrogativa de que trata o art. 6º do Regimento Interno aprovado pela Resolução nº 71, de 23 de janeiro de 2009, considerando o disposto nos arts. 8º, incisos X e XLVI, e 47, inciso I, da Lei nº 11.182, de 27 de setembro de 2005, e tendo em vista o que consta do Processo nº 60800.011423/2009- 16,

Resolve, ad referendum da Diretoria:

Art. 1º Alterar os itens a seguir relacionados da Instrução de Aviação Civil 3147 (IAC 3147), que trata dos procedimentos para a certificação de empresas de manutenção estrangeiras segundo os requisitos do RBHA 145, os quais passam a vigorar com a seguinte redação:

I - 3.4.3:

"3.4.3 Facility Audit Communication

This phase is under the responsibility of the Maintenance Organization. The Maintenance Organization must address the facility audit communication, with a written document by mail. The document must include the proposed dates of a week working audit.";

II - 3.4.4:

"3.4.4 Facility Audit Confirmation

When all the above items are received at our office, a fax will be sent to the Maintenance Organization, informing the audit team, confirming the dates of the audit, including the audit schedule. A fax will also be sent to the National Civil Aviation Authority of the country where the repair station is located, together with the audit schedule.";

III - 3.5.3:

"3.5.3 Facility Audit Communication

IV - 3.5.4:

"3.5.4 Facility Audit Confirmation
