A Diretoria da Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres - ANTT, no uso de suas atribuições, fundamentada nos termos do Relatório DFO - 174/2007, de 25 de setembro de 2007, resolve:

Art. 1º Autorizar as empresas relacionadas no anexo a esta Resolução, à prestação de serviço de transporte rodoviário interestadual e/ou internacional de passageiros, sob o regime de fretamento.

Art. 2º Autorizar a Superintendência de Serviços de Transporte de Passageiros - SUPAS a emitir os respectivos Certificados de Registro para Fretamento - CRF - Forma Autorização, com validade de 2 (dois) anos, a partir da data da publicação da presente Resolução no Diário Oficial da União.

Art. 3º Estabelecer que a prestação do serviço, sob o regime de fretamento contínuo, fica condicionada, ainda, a posterior emissão do Termo de Autorização, conforme determina o art. 20 da Resolução ANTT nº 1166, de 5 de outubro de 2005.

Art. 4º Estabelecer que as autorizações de viagem serão concedidas em cumprimento ao art. 23 da Resolução ANTT nº 1166/2005.

Art. 5º Esta Resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
