Norma Federal - Publicado no DO em 13 set 2011

Dispõe sobre a divulgação de tabelas de subsídios de magistrados, remuneração de servidores do Conselho e da Justiça Federal, bem como de quantitativos de cargos efetivos, em comissão e funções comissionadas do Conselho da Justiça Federal.

O Presidente do Conselho da Justiça Federal, usando de suas atribuições legais e tendo em vista o que determina o art. 74 da Lei nº 12.465, de 12 de agosto de 2011 , que dispõe sobre as diretrizes para a elaboração e execução da Lei Orçamentária de 2012,

Resolve:

Art. 1º Divulgar os valores dos subsídios de magistrados e da remuneração dos servidores do Conselho e da Justiça Federal de primeiro e segundo graus, de acordo com as tabelas constantes dos Anexos I a V e os demonstrativos de cargos efetivos, cargos em comissão e funções comissionadas integrantes do Quadro de Pessoal do Conselho da Justiça Federal, conforme as tabelas dos anexos VI e VII.

Art. 2º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
