Norma Estadual - São Paulo - Publicado no DOE em 09 out 2020
Dispõe sobre o estabelecimento de preços de venda de sementes e mudas, oriundos da programação técnico-científica nas Unidades da Agência Paulista de Tecnologia dos Agronegócios - Apta, de acordo com a classe comercial estabelecidas na Lei Federal 10.711, de 05.08.2003 e Decreto 5.153, de 23.07.2004.
O Coordenador da Agência Paulista de Tecnologia dos Agronegócios, da Secretaria de Agricultura e Abastecimento, conforme Decreto 46.488, de 08.01.2002, reorganizado pelo Decreto 63.279, de 19.03.2018, em seu artigo 112, inciso I, alínea "o",
Resolve:
Art. 1º Fixar os preços de venda de sementes e mudas a serem praticados pelas Unidades da Apta de acordo com as normas estabelecidas na Portaria Apta 738, de 16.08.2010 e conforme a classe comercial estabelecidas na Lei Federal 10.711, de 05.08.2003 e Decreto 5.153 , de 23.07.2004, na seguinte conformidade:

Art. 2º É permitida a venda fracionada da quantidade de sementes em embalagens de 10 e 20kg, desde que obedecido o valor proporcional estabelecido nesta portaria.
Art. 3º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação (PSAA 9.090/2016)
