Ato COTEPE/MVA nº 5 DE 04/03/2016

Norma Federal - Publicado no DO em 07 mar 2016

Altera as Tabelas I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII e XIV anexas ao ATO COTEPE/ICMS 42/2013, que divulga as margens de valor agregado a que se refere à cláusula oitava do Convênio ICMS 110/2007, que dispõe sobre o regime de substituição tributária nas operações com combustíveis e lubrificantes, derivados ou não de petróleo, e com outros produtos.

Considerando o disposto na cláusula oitava do Convênio ICMS 110/2007, de 28 de setembro de 2007, torna público que o Estado da Paraíba, a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2016, adotará as margens de valor agregado, a seguir indicadas nas Tabelas I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII e XIV do Ato COTEPE/ICMS 42/2013, de 20 de setembro de 2013.
